endeavour crawled its way through the streets of los angeles. first, a live picture outside. >> good morning. we are starting you off with a live view of skycam. a lot of people will be filtering into the city to get ready for the baltimore running festival. it is 46 degrees at the inner harbor, only 42 at b.w.i. marshall. wind out of the northeast at 6 miles per hour, adding to the chill. fortunately we are going to see a change in wind direction into the afternoon which may help things feel better. but let's look at the temperatures quickly, across the state. this is one of the colder morning so far this season. 34 degrees now up near the state line in parkton. you go towards the city, it's warmer in the 40's but north and west, there's a concern you could see frost. it may be the first frost of the season, even up towards the northeast. ecton at 34 degrees. 47 in paw tucksant river. we will keep an eye on temperatures out of concern for frost and a freeze. this is a concern to vegetation and crops still growing at this point, a concern across

the effect will relass los angeles later today as the low pressure center moves up toward newfoundland. things will be nicer. high pressure out to the west will dominate our weather into early next week. storms coming into the pacific northwest eventually catch us. today a mix of sun and clouds. west winds 15 to 25. some gusts will be stronger than that. blude blue shaded area seen here until 6:00 this evening. eastern maryland not included in the wind advisory. as far as boaters are concerned, gail warnings in effect. gusts to 35. a two-foot chop. bay water temperatures in the 40's. they have been all winter. it has been so mild. insta-weather futurecast a few scattered clouds. a flurry might pass through here. this afternoon on those strong northwest winds but nothing to be concerned about. even tomorrow the snows will dry up in western maryland and will dry into at least the early part of the day. by wednesday we could see scattered showers and thunderstorms and over the weekend into the 30's. then we go into the 50's next week. we can't chake the mild weather. not complaining, just
